Before you write: quick answers

Where is my download?
Right after checkout, Gumroad shows a download button and emails you a receipt with your download link. Search your inbox (and spam or promotions folders) for "Gumroad". If you can't find it, email us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll help.

The file won't open or looks broken.
Try opening it in a different PDF reader (for example Adobe Acrobat Reader, or your browser). If it still doesn't work, email us and we'll send you a working copy.

Can I print it?
Yes, for your own use. The guides are US Letter size; on A4 paper choose "fit to page".

Can I share it with my builder or designer?
Yes. You can show or share individual sketches with the people working on your own home. Please don't share the whole PDF. See our Terms.

Do you offer refunds?
Please read our Refund policy.

When you email us about an order, please include the email address used at checkout and the guide name so we can find it quickly.
