Refund policy

Sketch4Home guides are digital products (PDF downloads) that you receive instantly after purchase. Because a digital file can't be returned, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds for change of mind, or after the file has been delivered.

Please check the guide's page before buying. Each one shows sample pages, the number of mistakes, the page count and what's covered.

When we will help

• Faulty or broken file. If your download doesn't work, is incomplete or corrupted, email us and we'll send you a working copy. If we can't fix the problem, we'll refund you.
• Charged twice by mistake. If you accidentally bought the same guide twice, email us and we'll refund the duplicate.

Your cancellation right (UK and EU customers)

Digital content is supplied immediately after purchase. By completing your purchase and starting the download, you agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download has begun.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.

Email contact@vincerf.com with the email address used at checkout, the guide name and a short description of the problem. Payments are processed by Gumroad. Any approved refund goes back to your original payment method through Gumroad.
